Busylight ROS for Meeting Rooms

The solution is very easy to set up and manage.
Please follow the steps below and you will be up and running within a week.
What should you do?
Contact us by sending an email or filling out a form – describing your project.
To setup you need the following:
- User with admin rights to Microsoft 365 (more users can be added after the first registration)
- Your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID
- Names of Bookable rooms
- The number of bookable Microsoft 365 rooms
- The number of non-bookable rooms
- Location overview of the rooms. Are they on multiple floors?
What is the approximate distance between the rooms on each floor?
This determines the number of Gateways needed. Normally 1 gateway per floor is sufficient depending on the office layout
What do we do?
We confirm your project and contact you if we need more information.
We will send you an invoice or a link for payment on www.busylight.com
We pack and ship the required devices.
Upon your request, we can pre-configure the gateway – make it plug*n*play for you.
We will send you a link to the installation guide
