01 – The situation
A global Teams rollout demanded something phisical
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark rolled out Microsoft Teams globally across offices and time zones. With more calls and headset-based work, employees needed a consistent, reliable way to notice inbound calls and reduce unnecessary interruptions.
